Upload your DOCX template
Open your contract or form in Word or LibreOffice and insert variables: {{name}}, {{date_of_birth}}, {{amount}}. Upload the file to Claudyx — the system automatically detects all fields.
Send a fill request to the recipient
Click "Send for filling," enter the recipient's email (customer, candidate, supplier). Optionally prefill some values so the recipient only fills in the rest. The recipient receives a link by email.
Recipient fills the form in browser
No registration, no installation. They open the link, see a clean form with labels, and submit. Claudyx sends you a notification to review.
Approve (or send back for corrections)
In the requests overview, you see the filled values. You can edit them, add internal notes, or return the request to the recipient. Approving triggers document generation.
Claudyx generates final DOCX and triggers signing
The system inserts values into the template, generates the final DOCX, and saves it to the vault. If you have electronic signing configured, the signing process in Signi or DocuSign starts automatically.

What template format can I upload? +
Claudyx accepts DOCX files (Microsoft Word or LibreOffice Writer). Insert variables into the text as {{name}}, {{date_of_birth}}, {{amount}}, etc. — Claudyx automatically detects them.
What is the approval workflow and how does it work? +
After the recipient submits the form, the admin receives a notification and can see the filled values. The admin can edit, add notes, or reject. After approval, Claudyx automatically generates the final DOCX with all values and saves it to the vault.
